Although there are hundreds of media monitoring tools available online, some are very hard to find. We put together a collection of 100 such sources (software, applications and service providers), some free, some that require a fee. When it comes to media monitoring and analytics, it’s really hard to choose. Some offer in-depth features, but the price is too high; those that are free are not always that complete, or fast enough, or in-depth enough.

2) personally, you want to "like" ALA Graphics on Facebook (http://ow.ly/2FzBX). something awesome this way will come. [shifted]

"To my delight, I found this recipe from Experience Life. I love that it asks for coconut milk rather than heavy cream, making it healthy and vegan! And that it asks for chipotle–combining sweet and spicy is always a great idea to me!"

Published How We Vote.

Even though this was included in the September 9, 2010 Meeting Notes, I wanted to pull it out separately so that it’s easy to find and point to when new folks join the group or when we need to refer back to it.
At the 9/9/10 meeting, we decided to use the "gradients of agreement" approach to move work forward.

The spectrum of voting in this scale is:

Endorse — Agree with some concerns — Abstain — Disagree but will go along — Block

The Rodeo Librarian: I know heated discussions make people uncomfortable. They're not necessarily bad things - sometimes they're just a sign that people care passionately about an issue. Or sometimes they're a result of misinterpretations of intent. And sometimes it's because some people are just assholes. At any rate, it's all going to be okay!
