Published How We Vote.

Even though this was included in the September 9, 2010 Meeting Notes, I wanted to pull it out separately so that it’s easy to find and point to when new folks join the group or when we need to refer back to it.
At the 9/9/10 meeting, we decided to use the "gradients of agreement" approach to move work forward.

The spectrum of voting in this scale is:

Endorse — Agree with some concerns — Abstain — Disagree but will go along — Block
