You can't access any of the already-created muxtapes without an account, so I created an account... but it's not allowing me to log in. I have sent an email off to help. As you can see, the music is streaming...not downloading. A major factor in fair use and copyright infringements have to do with whether the use of the product creates some kind of market competition or if this would replace the original albums in the market. It's kind of the same concept as Pandora, so I really doubt people will all of a sudden stop buying albums and only listen to music on Muxtape. But I am not an attorney so I could not say for sure. Very nice Flash interface and lets you save mixes. Or muxes. And the discovery engine always comes up with interesting new stuff I haven't heard before.
