Speaking of better nomenclature, and interactive nomenclature can be developed by mapping the expression of interest of the searcher and the ability to add tags.
ISEN would assign official LCSH headings as well as develop community grown folksonomies.

The result is a hybrid folksonomy with taxonomy mappings and could be called a "theudonomy"
Theuda in latin means folk people.
To use the latin for folks creates the word as a hybrid between official vs. open, ancient vs. modern uses of vocabulary technology.

ISEN plans to organize databases this way for better individual identification and federation of database queries.
