So here's the deal. It turns out that you can have too much fun. Lots of sun, fun, and swimming today, only to realize while getting out of the pool at the end of the day that I'd thrown out my back. I am now walking like the little old woman I will someday be.

I feel a little better now after taking a muscle relaxant, but I can't sit in my chair at the computer. Thank heavens for wireless and a laptop, although I don't know how long I'll be able to sit up, let alone type. If I post at all tonight, it will probably be straight quotes with little or no commentary. Kate says this is the first sign that I am getting old. *sigh*
